I realized that I haven't updated since May! The hols are passing way too fast - only two weeks of enjoyment left & it's back to all that stress. I'm definitely not looking forward to school reopening >:/
Before term starts again, I'll have to finish reading
Frankenstein! Has anyone not read it yet? Please say yes. The movie creeps me out although I'm not afraid of the
monster anymore. In fact, I sympathize with him!
Anyway, the trip to Hongkong + China was truly a well-spent one! We spent 4 full days shopping (: I think I've got enough of
retail therapy for quite awhile! All that walking seriously killed my feet, but no regrets! T'was all worth it! The most exciting part was reaching home & unpacking the heap of stuff I bought :D But of course, there was the Guilt when I thought of the humongous hole we burnt in my dad's pocket..
Hongkong Disneyland was smaller than the ones in Japan & LA but we had fun, nevertheless (: I took photos with Mickey, Minnie, Pooh & JACK SPARROW! Omg he looked like an exact replica of Johnny Depp; I couldn't tell that he was a fake! But then again, Johnny Depp wouldn't stand around all day in HK Disneyland posing for pictures with little kids.. He certainly has better ways to spend his time!
All in all, we had an awesome time, despite coming across dishonest cashiers who tried to con us (:
